Based in Essex, we work mainly with small to medium businesses (5 + employees) in London and the south eastern counties that need HR help and support. With over 25 years experience as an HR professional, she has held HR Director positions in large complex organisations in both the public and private sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and she is an active Executive Coach having completed a post graduate level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching. Karen relishes the blend of hands-on practical HR with her ability to think, plan and manage strategically. She can apply this to complex situations with business managers and owners to quickly find the right solution with a commercial edge.
