Our committed and experienced teams are determined to make your stay at an EEF conference centre comfortable and relaxing, but ultimately extremely productive.
We have a passion and a focus for hospitality. Everyone is empowered - the management team, the IT specialists, the catering teams and the administrative support staff - to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit.

We build lasting relationships and we are extremely proud of the fact that many of our customers choose to return to an EEF conference centre whenever they have a meeting, event or training day.
We are committed to providing all-inclusive packages, a transparent pricing structure and warm and friendly service – at all times. Our approach to organising all kinds of events is to make your life easier and we place great emphasis on a meticulous attention to detail – free flowing coffee, imaginative and well thought-out food and homemade snacks.
Every member of the team listens to what our customers say and collectively we try to improve what we do. We don’t sit on our laurels; we work hard to raise the bar and to be a first class provider of conference facilities.

We choose our teams carefully, as much for their attitude as for their experience. We select people who are passionate about providing a good service, who are efficient and organised and who understand the importance of exceptional customer care.
Our venues
All our conferencevenues are AIM accredited and Woodland Grange is one of only seven conference centres in the UK to have achieved AIM Gold accreditation. Woodland Grange and Broadway House are also Conference Centres of Excellence.
