Effective Business Management has been run by Alison Hancock since March 2011, being recently joined in 2016 by her husband Steve Hancock who has also brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business.

Alison has extensive experience working in a customer services environment, within a number of different industries. Alison has established an excellent professional manner and developed her career to have successfully delivered managerial roles within different businesses. Alison has over fifteen years’ experience of managing teams to deliver all aspects of the customer experience.
As a result of this and since running Effective Business Management, Alison and her Team have built up a successful client base offering a professional and reliable service, recently taking over the operational management for a large charity organisation.

Steve graduated from Leeds with a BSC (Hons) Management degree and has spent over twenty years working in Operational Managerial roles within various industries in National Operational and Account Director roles for blue chip companies.
Steve’s background has been focused around managing multiple customer service accounts for UK wide coverage and ensuring that professional delivery of services with a strong emphasis on the customer services, achieving performance targets and development of long term relationships.
