Abroad - group meetings, hotels & dinners in sunny Paris! And site visits for an exciting senior level trip to San Francisco next month ❤️
Team building - iPad scavenger hunt in London, outdoor pursuits in the Cotswolds and darts at Flight Club also in London

Back from a successful client conference & dinner at the modern Radisson Blu East Midlands Airport hotel. Perfect venue for a national conference, due to easy access from motorways as well as the option to fly straight in (as several of this week's delegates did!)

Ever thought about India as a conference destination? Always popular for incentives but (as we recently discovered) also perfect for 5* conferences! Business cities like Bangalore have all the charm and culture of Southern India, along with the luxury service expected in 5* hotels!

Continuing the #GlenfiddichExperimental series, we helped the iconic whisky brand launch the latest experimental expression : Fire & Cane. Beautiful dinner at the new Glenfiddich room within The Scotsman hotel, Edinburgh.

From an empty field (with stunning views) to 2 day festival for 800 special industry guests, with just a weeks build - so proud of our team & suppliers! Massive thanks to everyone involved!

Effective Event Solutions welcomed members of an International Order to Oxford. Using various hotels, venues and transfers we assisted with the smooth running of their programme of lectures, receptions and even a fascinating investiture ceremony (just look at those incredible capes - note we were told they are capes not robes!)
Venues included: The Ashmolean, Blenheim Palace and Christ Church college

Back for a 2nd year we had an epic weekend producing the Glenfiddich Festival! Set in beautiful scenery with the backdrop of their iconic Scottish distillery, with performances from Razorlight & Twin Atlantic plus many more!

The fantastic @thepipingexperience @piperchic opening an event for us a few weeks back, complete with Highland dancers!

Our clients often ask us for branded gift ideas at their events, we always try to think environmentally (not another wasteful plastic keyring!!) so we love this idea for plantable pencils! These can be branded in company logo boxes too!
