Classes are relaxing and enjoyable whilst being a great form of exercise for people of all fitness levels. Classes are suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and gender. If you are looking for a stronger, leaner, toned body then this is right for you!
Sessions are based in Hertfordshire and classes operate from a number of venues in the surrounding areas including Cuffley, Brickendon, Goffs Oak, Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Wormley.
