I work with a combination of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, Neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and Life Coaching to help you to deal with any issues you are currently facing as easily and as quickly as possible.

This potent combination of treatments can help you to move from where you are now to where you would like to be and to feel the benefits in all areas of your life. It takes great courage to reach out and ask for help and in doing so we hope that the person we turn to will have the experience and expertise to help us as effectively and quickly as possible and in a way that we can fit in easily with our busy everyday lives.

More recently as well as conducting Coaching via the telephone, I have added tele-therapy to the things I offer. This is particularly helpful for disabled people, or for those at home with young children who are in need of support but may find it difficult to travel. Tele-therapy has proved to be a favourite for teenagers going through difficult times or those on lower incomes who find that the reasonable rates are attractive. I am happy to combine face to face and telephone appointments and can also offer home visits where necessary.
