EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique. aka tapping, EFT addresses the disruptions in the body's energy system which lead to negative emotions. Using our fingertips we tap on points on the meridian system where they are close to the surface. At the same time we tune in to specific negative beliefs and emotions arising from past events which contributed to the disruption. When thoroughly explored using a combination of questioning, intuition and various techniques, an issue will melt away, sometimes so quickly, a client will sometimes forget it was ever there! EFT is a safe and often speedy way to eradicate negative emotional patterns of behaviour from panic attacks to nail-biting, chronic pain to weight- loss and anything else that has an emotional contributor.
