With Christmas round the corner there are still plenty of ideas here. As well as a great range of trees,shrubs and perennials (including soft fruit which is back in stock) our own (garden) vouchers are available, as are vouchers from the cafe, a perfect afternoon out for a good day! Pots and showa gloves for sale here whilst stocks last, potted Christmas trees including smaller ones,Beautiful artwork and gifts in the artist studio and lovely gifts in gift shop next to the cafe. Top it off with a festive treat in the cafe!
Please note the gardens are a separate business to the cafe and gift shop and to the artists in the cottage therefore opening hours are often different. Please see their own facebook pages for the correct hours or to contact them to avoid disappointment.

Some photos from the gardens today. Still lots of colour around. We are working on the borders this winter to have a bit of a clear out and introduce some new interesting planting and to show off more clearly some of the established shrubs, some of which had become a bit lost!

What’s most remarkable about this is not that it’s a talking grouse it’s that it’s prepared to talk to Malcolm - and three Jack Russells...
