Another early morning this week! Last day at the studio before my holiday so trying to fit all my one on ones. Stay zipped, supported and lengthened and our loveliest @udenpilates and other brilliant teachers will take care of you until I come back!

Today it's a pink flower 🌸 day at the studio! Teaching my lovely 1-1s and preparing the space for @udenpilates evening pilates class 👌

Summer season obsession with berries. In particular in love with wild strawberries full with iron and b1, b2, b6 and k vitamins. Did you know that even strawberries are mega rich in magnium, calcium, vitamin a, e and c. 5 little berries have the equivalent vitamin c of big orange. So hit the market and have a berry feast too!

Back at the studio today working with my 1-1s. teaching at 18:30 tonight as our Becky @udenpilates is one her little mini-moon in Ibiza making sure her little one gets all the vitamin D needed. Whilst for us it's not so bad too with this beautiful summer in London! I know it's hot so I prepared a gentle Pilates flow today just to check on all the body parts and keep us tall and zipped during these beautiful summer days! See you soon! @egoistbody

7am start with my client! No excuse really not finding time to exercise! This lady is the busiest lady I know and yet also one of the strongest and healthiest too! Proud of my girls and of myself helping them to stay strong, well aligned, toned and well postured! & When the sun is out it makes all of this a bit easier! 🌷🌞💕
