eGoVisa is an e-Government application processing system designed to provide a collaborative framework between all parties across the public sector.

The mission of eGoVisa is to challenge the conventional approach to e-government and business in general. Our framwork is built on the premise that for far too long, citizens of the world have yet to benefit from the digital revolution when it comes to government services. While great strides have been made in social media and other areas such as e-commerce, the slow uptake and conversion to a digital government has been bewildering, especially considering the vasts sums that governments have spent on information technology projects. We have built a dedicated team of developers who are passionate about the product and are striving to engineering the highest quality e-government solution on the planet. Our ultimate goal is to create a solution that everyone will use and benefit from.

As developers, we believe in doing things right. We do everything possible to instil confidence in our application and its long term stability. By following a test-driven development methodology, we are able to discover and fix bugs faster with each line of code that is created. The nature of our application encourages other developers to build meaningful customizations, plug-ins, and integrations that are tested, supported, and included in the platform when deemed viable by eGoVisa.

As a company, we strive to be open, diverse, supportive, and trusting in one another. We value the community and share a common ethos. We aim for a diverse group of contributors that is not strictly limited to developers, but also includes teams of other relevant groups (translators, sales /marketing experts, non-profit organisations, etc) whose varied input and perspectives help make our products great. Traditionally, e-government systems have failed to generate excitement. We seek to correct this. For our end users, our mission is to make the system intuitive, easy to understand and natural so people can accomplish their goals effectively.
