I actually only started focusing on my Instagram a few months ago. As of yesterday I hit 4k followers, which I'm thrilled with in such a short space of time.

I've recently been working on updating my website, and moving forward I intend to update my on-site blog regularly to include content marketing and creative advice for fellow business owners.
Something that I've thought about quite a lot since starting my own business five years ago is the fact that I am an introvert, and how that influences my approach to my business. I recently did a photo shoot in order to improve my personal brand, which for me was a pretty scary thing to... do - generally speaking an 'all eyes on me' situation isn't comfortable for an introvert!
This got me thinking about how introverts can play to their strengths, and how you can push yourself out of your comfort zone in a way that works for you. I wrote this post to reflect on my own experiences, but also to offer advice for anyone who might be introverted and struggling with putting themselves out there...
