Although it seems hard for me to realise it, but I now have over 30 years experience as a management consultant and coach, specialising in individual, team & organisational change, strategy and leadership. Working as a senior consultant and executive coach in different global consultancies, I have worked across 21 countries with a wide range of sectors, developing a specialism in working with leaders whose challenge is to manage innovation, creativity and change. I recently moved back to the UK after living in Qatar for 8 years where I was actively involved in the Startup Ecosystem in the MENA Region, with a particular interest in youth and women entrepreneurs. Coaching professionals who are keen to make a difference and untap their own inner power and strength is the focus of all I do. Coaching expats who are adjusting to working in a new environment, a new culture and country, and those who are challenged by the process of re-entry to their home passport country.
