With another stint in the Middle East under my belt, it was time to head back to the UK, April 2017. Leaving behind friends, a wonderful womens health & fitness business & daily partnership with a best friend and of course the ever supportive hubster (couldnt drag him from the sun, well I suppose his successsful business had something to do with it), all the pieces of the family puzzle seemed to come together and point to it being time to head home or near enough (at least the same country albeit the opposite end, am originally Scottish) and see what happens next.

With qualifications now not only in Group and Personal Fitness (past 15 years) but also Nutrition, Health Coaching & Mindfulness Training, the future will hopefully be bright and shining.

I will be running various womens workshops in the very near future in Dorset, Scotland & online as well as being available for 1-2-1's for any Health Coaching related matters be it, food, general health, fat loss, exercise, the 'busy mum', stress, sleep (or lack of) & one of the favs -
the Basics of Raw Chocolate Making etc etc.
