Elcoat Ltd. are a team of specialist business advisers working primarily with the UK tree and landscape industries and overseas NGO projects.

Our job is to ensure that our clients meet the expectations of their clients during the procurement process and that their management systems are robust enough to meet the most rigorous certification standards.

We have completed assignments in many industries such as tree and landscape, construction, commercial cleaning, training and consulting and are happy to take a look at any potential project and to give an honest opinion as to whether we could make it happen.

We are looking for organisations that do what they do well and who have the desire to succeed but need some help with strategy and systems.

Improvement could be for several reasons including to achieve a particular certification or to tick the boxes on a contract questionnaire. Ultimately it all boils down to sales - we put everything into place to help clients to sell more and to achieve contracts.

Results are what count and our role is about adding value to a client organisation. We love to take something from being good to being great - no nonsense, lets just get everything in place and start to win some contracts.
