This is an important update to everyone that is connected to DEPHER and who has used and will use our services.
In the summer and spring we charge all elderly and disabled customers a 25% cap on all labour charges to help in keeping the cost down on their repairs, this capped price is then kept in the DEPHER CIC account and stays there until it is used in the winter to pay for Materials, boilers,fuel.... In the winter from October 1st until March 1st this fund is used to deliver the service TOTALLY FREE to the elderly and disabled, so what the elderly and disabled pay in the summer( 25%) is then given back in the winter. All Labour charges in the winter are payed for by Northern plumbing and heating ltd ( wages for the workers are paid for by myself ) or if i go to the work then it is FREE. Labour charges in the summer are 25% customer and 75% northern plumbing and heating. We have a crowdfunding page and we do raise funds through this, any funds raised go into the DEPHER account direct. DEPHER has its own accounts and is registered with companies house ( CIC number is 11335052 ). Northern plumbing and heating does not earn and will never earn anything from DEPHER CIC. All funds are for our community and will be used for our community. We have helped over 1000 customers to date, we have used ┬Ż27,000 since 2017 in revenue and raised just over ┬Ż5,200.00 in funding. Next year i am hoping to go national with DEPHER and this will mean i will be closing Northern Plumbing and heating down and transferring everything to DEPHER, this will then stop any confusion and anybody thinking that we do charge and earn from the fund that we raise.

Elderly lady with no heating or hot water has now had her new Ideal boiler fitted for free. The family paid for the boiler and we installed it for her for free. Depher Cic supplied Filter Fittings... Labour Bc certification She is now very happy with heating to keep her warm and hot water. The lady was very humble and polite, a pleasure to work for. Www.depher.co.uk

This elderly couple were in a situation that could have ended badly. Full drop gas leak from behind the fire, luckily the gas was escaping up the chimney to the outside. You could smell the gas when you entered the house but they could not smell it at all. Pipework has now been capped and we will return monday to install a new fire. This could have blown the house and could have been a threat to life and property.... Now part of the depher family and safe. With a heavy heart i can say they could have been killed if it was left any longer, im glad that their grandaughter called us. Please check on your elderly and disabled in our community, just to make sure they are ok and that their appliances are safe. If you think that the appliances are in disrepair then please call us asap.
