• Home Care – With our home care services, we provide you with complete choice and control over the care you receive; and our staff will work with you to help you choose the best care which enables and empowers you to live independently.

Our home care services are tailored to support your needs and budget, whilst enabling you to become more independent and enjoy an improved quality of life; helping you to gradually move away from the dependence of carers.

At Eleanor, we ensure that our home care services put you first and in the driving seat, and we can ensure that whatever your care needs, we will be able to tailor a care package that has been designed by you, with all the support you require from us.

• Nursing - Established in 1979, our independent professional nursing agency places and provides the highest quality nursing and healthcare staff to the private, public and voluntary services.

Our aim is to be recognised as the industry standard for excellence in the supply of staff to the healthcare industry and we pride ourselves on our flexibility and twenty-four seven service we provide.

As part of our nursing services, we are able to provide qualified nurses, which include both practice and community nurses, who have the skills to understand the needs of the service users and therefore are able to provide individualised care to each and every service user. We also provide care home managers and domestic staff; and all our agency staff are placed in roles appropriate to their qualifications and experience.

• Patient Transport - The patient transport services, which were incorporated into the group in 2011, have seen us become members of the British Ambulance Association.

Our patient transport services offer a wide range of specialist vehicles and staff, for non-emergency transport journeys throughout the UK; and we strive to provide cost-effective, reliable and quality service in accordance with the industry standards and patient needs.

Our services include patient transport services to and from hospital and clinical appointments; transport services to and from nursing homes and care homes; as well as patient transport services to and from day excursions.

In addition to offering the above services, as part of our Patient Transport Services, we also provide a variety of vehicles which can assist wheel chair patients, stretcher patients, carry chair patients and those requiring specialist equipment and monitoring.

• Training Centres - Our OCR registered training centre specialises in providing health and social care related training which pull together the intelligence, knowledge, skill and experience of those who are interested in becoming care workers or those who provide private care to their loved ones.

At Eleanor, we offer accredited training courses in a variety of areas, including basic life support, death, dying and bereavement, dementia care in the domiciliary setting, dignity in care and the role of the care worker; along with many more.

In addition to offering training courses, we also offer NVQs and diplomas, which are OCR certified. Our NVQ courses take between 6 and 12 months to complete, whilst our diplomas are 3 to 6 months; providing you with the skills and information required for a career within the health and social care sector.

• Care Homes - we aim to empower people using our care homes to make informed choices and decisions, whilst offering a safe and comfortable environment; we support and stimulate our service users to help maximise their skills and promote independence.

Our registered care home offers supportive and safe housing for those with learning disabilities, as well as those with physical disabilities, high care and complex needs, who require twenty-four hour support.

Along with offering assistance within the care home, we provide support and care within the community setting, in an effort to actively encourage independence; and with the help of our support staff, our residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible; by taking an active part in how their home is run; whilst also enjoying leisure and social activities within the community.
