Thank you for the eTastic service. My new Reise and Muller is an absolute hoot to ride round London and for the first time in years I'm enjoying my commute (particularly burning off MAMILs at the lights - Priceless!). Also a special thank you to Thierry in London for taking me through the controls and adjusting everything so it was perfect for my ride home.

Left my electric Trike in for diagnosis and repair. Surprised and pleased to get phone call next day saying trike was ready for collection. Found out following week that I had left charger in store. Took one phone call to have the store post it to me saving a 100 mile round trip. Well deserved 5* rating

The advice and service I have received from Eddie and the team at Cambridge Electric Bike Sales has been exemplary. They converted my Tern Verge by fitting a crank mounted Sunstar motor and a Sony battery under the rear rack. The result transformed the bike and has exceeded my expectations. Hill climbing capabilities have particularly impressed me, enabling me to make ascents that I would normally never consider tackling. An all round excellent experience.

I've had 2 hip replacements and I've dodgy knees now too... cycling is now an absolute pleasure, The Gazelle glides along, with no effort... I wish I'd bought one ages ago.

Excellent staff, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I took my electric-assist cargo bike there after I had crashed it. My bike was repaired the same day, and now rides even better than before. My battery died and I gave them my bike to fix it. I waited one month to get an information that ordering new one is too expensive for them. Well then I should maybe order it myself ? That way it will be cheaper?! After that month without a bike I took it back home with still broken battery. Thanks people, that was really 'helpful' -.-"

Fantastic customer service. The world of ebikes could be a bit confusing but they take there time to explain things to you. i'm just about to order my second Haibike from them.
