I have been very impressed by the amazingly good service I have received from Take Charge Bikes in Woking. The particular Gazelle ebike that I wanted was delivered on a special journey just for me, fully checked and ready to ride even though I live some 100 miles from the shop! Steve has been really helpful with any questions I have had. Nothing was too much trouble in making sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. The Gazelle C8 HMI is beautifully equipped and an absolute joy to ride. I had previously tried several other Gazelle dealers closer to where I live only to be told that none were obtainable in the UK.

I contacted Steve Mills at Take charge bikes regarding some spares that I wanted for my wisper e bike. He could not have been more helpful. I have ordered bits before and again fast and efficient service. I would recommend to anyone.

I seldom write reviews, and almost never 5 star reviews. I'm not fussy, just realistic. Steve at Take Charge Bikes Woking has earned the 5 stars. From the day I walked into the shop he has been nothing but polite, keen to understand what I actually require from my ebike eg not just pushing me to buy product A or B, and accommodating - giving assistance far beyond that which I would reasonably expect from someone with a busy business to run. My Gazelle bike has been great too. Makes going out for a couple of panniers full of shopping a real pleasure on a hot sunny day like today! Thanks Steve, thanks Take Charge Bikes :-)
