Forgive the 'bar scene' but had to share this ruffle wedding cake we set up yesterday at Sul Lago Restaurant. Congratulations to Victoria and Ian yesterday. Fluffy white ruffles, pale grey marble and soft pink and white handmade sugar peonies.

Order book now open for our Malteser Pudding cakes. Wow your Christmas lunch guests with a tasty centrepiece you can all tuck into for dessert. Comes on a silver Board and boxed. They make great gifts too! Chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate buttercream and decorated with Maltesers and vanilla icing. Medium is £22 and serves 8-10. Large is £30 and serves 16-20. Sumptuous winter wedding cake. Size really doesn't matter when it comes Cake. Rich golds, navy and burgundy handmade sugar flowers.

The only thing better than a drip cake is a rose gold drip cake! Complete with macarons, meringues and rose gold dusted chocolates. Flavour was salted caramel with biscoff buttercream.

Had a great day today at The White Hart wedding Fayre. Met with some lovely couples planning their weddings and hope to meet with quite a few of them in the near future to talk about cake! Day topped off nicely with a notification of a new like on my Facebook page from the one and only Paul Hollywood. Cheers Paul!

We had a 3 tier cake, half and half design, it was amazing! Everyone was commenting on it! The chocolate orange sponge is to die for, I would highly recommend, it was a big hit with our guests! Lou is so welcoming, friendly, and nothing is too much to ask!

Thank you Lou for our amazing wedding cake, from the first meeting we had we were completely at ease putting our trust in Lou, we told her exactly what we wanted our cake to be like and she made it just as we imagined. Our cake was festival themed as this was where we met and everyone of our guests commented on how fantastic it was. We had three different flavours and each one was delicious. I'm so glad we chose Lou and I would definitely reccomend her.

Such a lovely lady that always had the time to see us loved the service of trying the cakes before and she designed such an amazing cake that not only looked beautiful and amazing, tasted how it looked every person who ate out cake was amazed with the flavours and wanted more. The cake was such a reasonable price for what we ordered and lasted a good time after the wedding x x xx xx

Right from the word go for planning our wedding we had to have the right cake. For me a cake can look amazing no matter what you do to it - its all about style and not everyone likes the same. For me it was taste. Ive had so many cakes that are stunning but the cake is dry, tasteless.

We went to a fayre at hotel football and I overheard Lou talking to someone just asking them to taste her cake not look at the design. It was like a hallelujah moment!



From the tasting and prep to delivering and set up Lou not only made us a beautiful cake that looked amazing but a cake that every guest commented on. People have asked for her details for their wedding and I can only with great pleasure say that If you want, someone who will listen, make you try things you wouldnt normally and love it and put your dream into reality then choose Louise!

You made us so welcome into your home and explained fully what each flavour was, so we could find the right flavour for our cake.
