My nails were perfect!! And so friendly aswell every 10 or so minuets was making sure I was ok, will defiantly be back x

Friendly lady who done my nails, let me in half hour before they closed and she did a great job on my gel nails. first time i have had gel nails done in a salon. great price will deffo come back again x

Not at all impressed. Went today. Had a couple of different people do my nails as kept changing. Had a normal white tip with clear varnish over. Firstly it looked bobbly, went outside looked at nails & they looked purple! Went back for them to tell me they had put a uv varnish on. All they did was put more clear on - went back outside & still had a purple tinge. Shan't be going back not recommending.

Went here on a Saturday morning, terrible service had 5 different people doing my nails. One of the staff was being incredibly rude because I asked for a matte top coat. I also asked for gold chrome and it came out silver, when I mentioned it when I left they said 'we don't do gold chrome' - well that's fine but tell me beforehand? My advice - don't go here on a Saturday morning when it's busy, it took 1 1/2 hours just to have my acrylics put on!

Spent £52 on nails - lasted 3days when I called to get them fixed they filed off the tips and over laid more shellac. This lasted an additional 2days. Will never go again!!!

Rung up to book an appointment and I made sure they could do nail art, went and was then told half way through that can't do nail art so I just had to get them plain... when at the drier I noticed you could see all the white underneath and all the paint was only fingers! Went to complain and said I wasn't happy (as they were very rude as well) when a woman who worked there grabbed my arm and pull me backwards (this left a red mark on my arm) and the got my hand a tried to cut my nails off.... there was a lot of raised voices and they did agree to reprint them for me! I just had to get a plain pink colour as they didn't know what they where doing! They didn't even say sorry for all the trouble and still charged me full price! After the second paint work they told me there where dry and I could go so I walked out of the shop and realised they weren't dry and I had taken a massive chunk of the paint work out but I refused to go back to such a disgusting place! I will NEVER be going back!!! After I had complained more people felt like they could speak up and in the time I was there they had 5 complaints.....

Rude... and had my nails done a week and lost 3 already mine usally last 4 weeks any were else.... im discusted £25 is alot of money to someone that has mental health and cannot work

Never ever returning to here again, rushed nails bumpy acrylic and streaky gel! The nail shape isn’t even coffin as I asked and all nails are different lengths. This will teach me for not waiting another week until I’m able to go nail bar!

I went there yesterday to have a pedicure, the girl that did this rushed through it and cut my heel open so I now have 2 wounds on my heel making it very difficult to walk on! She then tried to cover up the fact of cutting it and then rushed through my nails, smudged the colour on both my toes and fingers! Would definitely not recommend this place.

I had a tip put over a tip. The thickest acrylics you could ever see, the tackiest paint job. They also told me to leave quick and they smudged straight away.

Do not waste your money! I have now got to file the acrylic all down, and repaint them myself!

Got my nails done today for my holiday and firstly when they finished my nails they let me go too early and didn't let them dry, this lead to smudged them all. I went back to the shop and they were trying to blame it on me when it was obviously was there fault for not letting it dry, in the end they did sort the smudging out. Also on my nails there were random white dots all over them what I didn't notice till I left for the second time. The staff were very rude about it! Such a disappointment wouldn't bother going here.

When I got home I saw they were smudged again!
