Was here for the weekend to attend Waterbowl for the first time. Great venue, staff were very attentive and the gaffer seems to really care about the place.



Hope it picks up and stays busy, already looking at coming back next year.

Starting using element after seeing an ad.. Somewhere (I've forgot where) And Decided I'd give them a try, As a student I always try save a penny where I can and the savings I get at Element are great and very generous. I've experienced great customer service and feedback via email. And I've always got my purchases on time and in a safe condition



For me? Element is my Go-to retailer for minatures. Their service is amazing and their savings they offer are great. They also seem to throw in a nice little piece of element branded Rock candy!

Placed my first order this week, arrived within two days and the postage rate was spot on! In the words of Arnie.... I'll be back!

Ordered from Element Games, delivery was quick & in excellent condition. One item was a different item then what I had ordered, but a very swift response from them fixed it in nearly no time! Mistakes happen, great customer service is what happens after the mistake is made! 5 stars, would shop again ;-)

Ordered a box of standard terminators yesterday around 14:30 ish, it's not 13:30 now and they've just arrived at my door, less than 24 hours later with standard postage! The free pen and element games branded sweet was a very nice little touch, i've spent thousands on the GW site and they've never sent me any free stuff :( will absolutely be using these guys from now on when I can.

I started using Element many years ago after a disastrous period with another retailer. Element have always been excellent.



Ordering online is often problematic, because there can be unexpected delays etc. My experience with Element is that they are normally excellent with communication. I have never had to wait more than a day or two without a response, and they are always going out of their way to help find a good solution.



Their CS is top notch! I will always side with Element for an order, because even though there are marginally cheaper options. Element has never let me down, and I know if there over are any issues they will sort it out quickly.

I contacted the shop via the live feed on there online website and everything I wanted to know was answered within a few minutes by a fantastic representative called Keith who was very knowledgeable and helpful I will definitely be visiting this shop very soon. Keep up the fantastic work folks and thanks again for your help

Excellent service on a recent purchase, the customer service department quickly dealt with the issue and sent a replacement. with their value for money as well compared to other locations. certainly will be shopping again there.

Element Games is like Nerdvana. Visited today and couldn't believe how cool it was. They also do really fast postage and send you sweets :)

Element Games are my go-to hobby retailer. I order regularly and my orders always arrive quickly. 10/10 every time in my experience, so can't recommend these guys strongly enough

Once in a while, something is missing from the order, but after a simple message through facebook, the missing items are shipped immediately.



Great service!

Fast delivery of GW preorder item (Received on release day), good packaging but nothing unnecessary. Easy to use online shop and a good discount %, will be using them again.

Stock levels not true to what they advertise, 85% of the orders I have placed have been messed up due to this, and I now will never use them again. Although refunded when asked on all occasions, best to just shop from the store itself, as online is just a joke to be frank.

Comes under false advertisement I'm sure...

Placed an order and paid extra for delivery- only to be told they can't actually get the item from their supplier any more (after 5pm, leaving me no time to arrange a replacement). Why advertise this map as purchasable if you don't have it? Why allow for expedited delivery, when you don't have the product to fulfil this? I will not buy. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to find out about my refund as the shop is closed. Not a great start.

In my email inbox "Your order is due to be dispatched on Wednesday 7th February. We expect your order to reach its destination between Thursday 8th February and Friday 9th February" Reality is, it's 18/03/2018 and still no delivery. When I track the order on their site it says expected dispatch tomorrow although the goalposts have been moved on the tracking twice already....we'll see....

- As predicted, still waiting for delivery. Tracking says "waiting for stock", now expected delivery is 05 or 06/04/18, bear in mind it said "in stock" on the website on 05/02/18.....2 months not long enough.....?

I made an order nearly a month ago, got an email 3 days later stating that there was a delay with the supplier and still nothing has arrived and no further communication even though the website stated it was in stock not happy and will not use them again

I am still waiting for a Christmas present that was ordered in mid November and a reorder (as they didn’t have most of my original order in stock) which was ordered on the 28th of December.



Both orders were allegedly dispatched in the 2nd of January.



It’s now the 11th of Jan and I am still empty handed.



Alternatively on Monday I ordered some blood bowl elves from dark sphere. These arrived on Tuesday.



I don’t believe that element games even dispatched my items. Very bad service.

Element Games can't seem to manage their inventory. I only received two out of four items, and it took more than a month before they arrived.



Placed an order with four items, all marked in stock on the website. A day later, I'm informed that one item is not in stock, but that Element Games will dispatch the missing item when it's back in stock. Three weeks later I haven't heard or received anything, so I message them. The item is still not in stock, and they haven't even sent the other items yet. I get a refund for the missing item and my order is posted within a couple of days, almost a month after I placed it. When I receive my order, a second item is missing. When I contact element games, they inform me that it was not in stock anyway, and they don't know when it will be back in stock, and I get a refund for the second missing item. So it took Element Games a full month to send me half my order, and now I have to find the other items at other retailers, paying international shipping prices again. If I had known some items weren't in stock, I'd just bought everything at once from another webstore.
