Founded by Flora, a London Ambulance Service Emergency Medical Technician, Elements First Aid have been delivering First Aid courses throughout the UK and Europe for over 10 years.

We are approved by the Awarding Organisation ITC First to provide a range of courses and accredited Ofqual and SQA regulated First Aid qualifications.

Based in Brighton, we travel throughout the South East of England and to many other locations on request.

We mostly deliver private group courses in-house at your workplace or club, but can also arrange venues and run open courses for individuals to join.

We are passionate about fun, hands-on and relevant First Aid training!
