Sometimes in life you have to answer a question nobody asked. Today that’s been turning a noisy drone patch into a kinda cheesy rock riff with pretty accurate guitar/bass tone reminiscent of mid to late 2000s MTV2 tracks.

Very happy to announce that our mates at 1020 Radio will be hosting a pop-up studio at Motion Bristol this Saturday! They’ll be broadcasting live on their website with interviews and sets from the artists, manufacturers and guests at Machina Bristronica.

Thanks for all your killer submissions for the Escher Music Connection mix contest. We fixed a pair of shitey headphones to Hodge''s head, duct taped him to a chair and didn't let him go until he'd signalled his tracks using a complicated blinking system...
In other words, here's his final Machina Bristronica artist selection. All these Bristol based artists have supported our in- store Escher events and will now be getting their tracks played between 6-8pm on the main Live s...tage at Motion Bristol by Hodge. We also have 4 prizes from NATIVE INSTRUMENTS, Novation , ALLEN & HEATH & Bladud Flies to give away to 4 of these selected artists on the day.
We will do the prize draw straight after his mix.
All we can say now is well done to you all and thank you for the continued support in what we do..
