Friendly, good value, great location, clean. Elsan disposal is only thing that lets it down. Will return.

Been coming to this park for years , owner brilliant, always out and about on park ready to help anyone.Highly recommend elford for a quiet getaway

1st visit to Northumberland and loved it! Great location, toilets cleaned well and regularly. Think the toilet waste should be better handled. Lifting up the sewage access plate and seeing everybody's breakfast (whilst I've seen most things) is not my idea of fun. Pity about the non existent wifi and broadband. It was one of the decision makers :-( Can understand comment about the slope in one area but a quiet and relaxing site in a great position.

Basically a small, boggy, uneven field on a slope. Not suitable for motorhome (even though owner said would be ok). Helpful bloke had to tow us onto the path.
Grass was cut but not collected so.... grass all over the inside of MH. Total mess.
To call facilities basic is an overstatement. Loos: Dead spiders in lighting fixtures, cobwebs.. not the end of the world, simply not cleaned properly or maintained.
Was advised £15 over the phone for the night, yet charged £18.50 when arrived. Worth a fiver, if that.
Best to find somewhere else.

Our 2nd visit this year and not disappointed. A back to basics site, value for money,friendly family run. Relaxing place to stop through the week, not tried weekend's yet. No light pollution , so you can see the stars at night, that's what its about.
Definitely will be back .Thanks.
