had a lovely stay here.very friendly staff.had a meal in the evening was cooked very well very nice meal .

What a fantastic stay for my Captains Ball. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The room was massive, very well decorated and the four poster bed nice and comfortable. The spa facilities were amazing. Cannot fault anything. The meal was served with a smile, hot and fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you very much to all the staff for making my 60th a night to remember

We’ve just returned from a wonderful night away at Elfordleigh for our friends wedding.



The welcome we received was warm and friendly from your two new staff.

Our room (30 Augusta) was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed for a comfortable night. The beds were so comfy- our son said it was the best nights sleep he’d had for ages!



We then went to the spa for a swim, jacuzzi and steam. The pool was spotlessly clean, lovely temperature and we loved the jacuzzi and steam room.



We asked for a few things from reception and nothing was too much trouble.



The buffet food at the reception was lovely, really tasty. Breakfast was also really good quality and they made extra hash browns for us because we came near the end of service.



We’d paid for a late check out at 12 which was totally worth it.



Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we came away feeling refreshed and will definitely be back in the future. Will also recommend to our friends.

We had a great time at our son and daughter in laws wedding on the 2nd June 2018. Everything was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We even had our room upgraded which was a lovely surprise. I would like to say a special thank you to Sam on reception who took time on her day off to post my passport back to which I had left at the hotel, she's a star. Xx

The food is excellent..best bar burger in the UK for sure. The presentation of the rib eye looks too good to eat and when you do eat it, you are in heaven.

Rooms are very nice and the service is friendly and personal..You are not just another bill!

Such a beautiful place, Excellent spacious rooms, friendly happy to help staff, spotlessly clean, food was amazing, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Me and my new husband just got married here (09/06/2018), both ceremony and reception very well accommodated by all staff. We had an amazing day from the wedding itself all the way through to the evening celebrations, i really couldn't fault any part of our special day. Big mention has to go to Sarah our wedding coordinator during the whole process she was very attentive and went above and beyond for us on the day including Chloe! The grounds were incredible for photos, highly recommend. Recently refurbished throughout so safe to say our bridal suite was soooo lovely and very comfortable. Thank you Elfordleigh for such a perfect wedding day, we look forward to returning to celebrate the memories made!

Treatments and spa was brilliant,and all the staff were fantastic,nothing was too much hassle for them.



Highly recommend and will definitely return

Love it here and the facelift/refurb has taken the building to a new level.



Stayed 3 times now and would stay again without hesitation.Staff are always friendly and helpful, breakfast is lush (perfect way to start the day) and the beds are super comfy.

Just got back from a night stay with spa treatment at this beautiful hotel, I have never meet such friendly & happy stuff nothing was to much trouble, spa treatment was amazing , food was delicious , & the hotel on the hole was just breathe taking. Myself and husband are hoping to come again for our wedding anniversary. Thank you all at elfordleigh hotel.

Fantastic stay here with three of my friends last night. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming, especially Samantha on the front desk, Hasko in the restaurant and Anna in the spa. The leisure centre team were lovely too. Nothing was too much trouble. The facial I had was amazing and the food was delicious. We had an amazing stay and will be back. Thank you! �

What started off to be a bad experience for various reason was changed around by the lovely director who came to see me and my partner in our room, she done all she could to fix what was a bad first impression. In the end we have come away feeling happy and refreshed, the room was outstanding as were the beautiful surroundings. The perfect place to come when you want to feel like your on holiday on your own doorstep.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming, but the whole spa was very dated. I had a back and neck massage which was lovely. The spa itself was also very far away from where we were so had quite a trek to the restaurant, while we were eating the room was being set up for an evening function so did distract us from our relaxing day. Food was great.

The pool far too cold didn't get in it. No one told us to get towels from reception had to get changed to go bk to get it then go bk again to get key for locker very poorly organised. No sun loungers to relax by pool. Food was great. The neck shoulder & back massage was a back massage. Wouldn't return

Went to a charity function and the food was atrocious.. Roast beef was so tough and had loads of fat on it broccoli was so hard it was like it had barely been cooked. The icing on the cake was the creme brûlée it was the most awful thing I have ever seen it smelt rancid and looked like cat food in a cup. The chef could only say that it was made fresh that morning and it was coffee and caramelised sugar! Needless to say I will never go back here for food again
