Elite Assessors

We offer a bespoke service to companies only wanting highly qualified and multi-skilled assessors to deliver apprenticeships. Each person is put through a rigorous interview and performance-based selection process and once on the books we provide the after-care that all other recruitment agencies lack and that contracting companies are unable to provide. We will provide assessors that are either A1 or V1 qualified, or both. Each Elite Assessor will have an individually tailored development programme, courtesy of Elite Assessors. They will have regular monthly progress meetings which are then communicated onto the contracted company paperwork. Their CPD is recorded and updated on an ongoing basis, with any other recent training courses they have attended – this will also be communicated back to you. The Elite Assessor will attend a variety of workshops designed to ensure they are using current, relevant methods to deliver our apprenticeship and training programmes (including key skills, technical certificates, and the new QCF qualifications), ensuring a high quality delivery. All assessors are mentored and supported throughout the delivery of the award through robust quality systems. This will enable you, the company, to have more confidence in the process.
