Elite Self Defence & Freestyle Martial Arts is a new training system, which separate self defence from traditional martial arts, a modern, casual approach to self defence and martial arts.
Learn the difference between a real situation and martial arts competition, learn new skills, become more confident, fitter, healthy, increase flexibility and stamina.

At Elite Self Defence and Freestyle Martial Arts, you will learn punching, kicking, grappling, throws and self defence techniques. All of these will help to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Further development is available and it is totally up to you which path you take. There is a chance to compete in martial arts competitions, or take part in the grading system and become a black belt.
