Elizabeth Knott is a yoga instructor based in south east London, also teaching classes in north Kent and central London.

Yoga Instructor:
I teach Hatha, Yin and Yin /Yang, and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga. I also do 1-2-1 classes which are brilliant for approaching specific needs. Seniors /chair based yoga.
