Such a lovely shop - found my dress here and they even had a tailor come to the shop to do the alterations. They were so nice to myself and my daughter. Would 100% recommend Elizabeth's if you are looking for the perfect wedding dress. Thank you both X

Brilliant friendly service... lovely people who really went out of their way to help me find my dream dress.. I definitely found it � and my daughters bridesmaid dress :-) couldn't thank them enough for all their help. � definitely deserve more than 5 stars

I went into the shop for a special occasion dress, amazing!! I went in with a specific image of what I wanted and the lady found me just that! Had so many compliments, can't thank her enough. With prom season coming up I would 100% recommend this place, so much choice and the help wih finding what you want is fab!
Highly recommend Elizabeth's bridal shop. I found my perfect dress at a really good price. The staff were lovely very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble. She recommended dresses that I would never of tried on and found that they were better than what I thought. I came in with my mother and my bridesmaids and they were treated impeccably and even though my mother had stronger feelings for another dress, Elizabeth was very calm and helpful. I cannot wait to have my dress on for our wedding in may. ���

After searching everywhere and a recommendation from wedding world I made it to Elizabeths last sat 24th June. After rushing round shrewsbury we accidently got there just as they were closing but they very kindly opened back up for me and let me try a few diff dresses and help me find the perfect dress that I didn't even expect to be the right one and managed to do it for the price I needed. I am very very grateful for all there help and can't wait to wear my dress on the 3rd of august this year :). Highly recommend :) xx
After hearing so many good reviews and opinions about Elizabeth's I thought i'd have a look. I was very impressed with the service and quality of the dresses, and I ended up buying my prom dress from there. Highly recommended!
Absolutely brilliant service they listened to exactly what I wanted and the second dress I tried on was the one perfect thankyou so much
Such rude service, finding a wedding dress is supposed to be joyful and exciting experience, my friend was made to feel fat, whilst trying on foundation stained dresses. What is the point of having a sofa for your entourage to sit on when the bride is not allowed to leave the changing room podium to show off her dress. My friend was told (whist the curtain was shut) that her group were very negative....what did she expect when she doesn't listen to the bride or the people who knows her best. All the dresses were tiny or huge and didn't cater to the average body type (if there is one). I felt terrible for my friend who thankfully is a confident lady. Others wouldn't fair so well after being told that 'this is too tight' this won't fit you, you're too big for this (she is a size 12/14). I would avoid this old fashioned and rude establishment like the plague. Jessicas or heavenly brides were a class above!!
Awful customer service the lady in the shop got stroppy with us when we said we were trying to get a feel of what kind of dress would suit my friend and wanted to try on different styles.... the lady then proceeded to tell my friend how she should get married in a chain like McDonald's. She also tried to sell us a dress that wasn't what my friend wanted for £200 times might be hard maybe consider customer service training...
