Just a little post as it's nearing Christmas we just have a couple of requests.
As it's a very busy time for us and we are turning people away , please turn up for your appointment. We will be running our full fee cancellation policy from now until December for any missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We are generally as lenient as possible through the year but with people wanting the spaces we appreciate notice of cancellations.
... Please be on time. I appreciate that we will be asking for extra time to complete the grooms as we are so busy making sure we groom as many of your dogs as possible but being on time will help us keep to our schedule.
We will be closed from the 21st December until 7th January.

Toby was certainly very interested in sharing my lunch 🤣 was straight up to join me on the table. Poor Toby hasn't had the best of experiences at the groomers in the past, this was his first time with us, safely say he had a great time with us and was a superstar for everything! Wow! This was my first visit today and from the minute I walked in I was made to feel so welcome and they made such a fuss of my dog. My dog has a skin complaint we’ve been managing for years yet this was no problem and I was even recommended a bath treatment they are doing soon (please let me know when that arrives ladies!)

When I collected her not only did she look fabulous, she was happy and contented and that is all anyone can ask for when leaving their dog for the first time. You will be stuck with us now! Thank you both xx

I used to have my dogs groomed at a well known cowplain parlour but the lady retired. Since then Ellen has taken over grooming my three yorkies and they LOVE her. I was worried that I wouldn't find anyone to come up to my previous groomers standards. Luckily I found Ellen, she is an AMAZING groomer as well as treating all the dogs like they were her own. I highly recommend Ellen if you are looking for a groomer you won't be disappointed and your dogs will be pampered pooches in her very capable hands.

A lot more professional than other groomer's I've used in the past will definitely be coming back soon thank you.

Ellen treats all dogs as if they are her own. She is a perfectionist and has a great eye for detail !

You won’t be disappointed with the grooming your dog will receive and have the peace of mind they are in good hands .

Ellen is so talented, my boys absolutely adore her, they’ve been very fortunate to even spend weekends away with Ellen & The wonderful Sue Pratt at grooming competitions, to have you both together under one roof is truly awesome, you’re fantastic xx

After some bad experiences we have finally found someone that has done a perfect job on our schnauzer Otis, not only does he look fantastic he came out a happy boy unlike past groomers he has been to. Thank you.
