Full of promises but full of excuses !

I used there services for full management, but unfortunately to my expense this was a total waste of time and money !

For example, strictly instructed for no pictures to be attached to the walls, first six month check, to my horror counted twenty eight pictures nailed to the wall
in my newly decorated two bedroom house, again was told nothing could be done until tenets had moved out, the bill for repairs came to £1500 of which I could only claim £894.25, was advised to claim via small claims court to recover my losses, also had to wait three months to claim losses back of which I lost £605 plus a months rent.

Incredibly I was also corrected on my incorrect pronunciation, yes this actually happened ! apparently in the email of apology for his behaviour towards me, it was because he was stressed !
Didn’t even have the manners to apologise in person.

Along with loosing another months rent due to having to completely redecorate my house, I’ve had no apologies at all.

From my observations I’ve also noticed there is a high turnover of staff, again with the services provided this makes sense, property manager at the time also didn’t have a driving licence, so couldn’t attend appointments unless she could get a lift.

All very shiny on the surface but very dull below......
