"All my meat is locally sourced and prepared on site. Our Beef is hung and dry-aged for at least 21-days and I dry cure my own bacon, cook my own ham. Our eggs and Poultry are free range, sausages and burgers - home made of course. Some traditional foods are best left to the experts like our Black Puddings and Haggis' and award winning pies, but even then, I can tell you all you need to know about them too! "
