i love this kensington branch buy all my activity gear here - marcel and roberto really know how to help you with the right tech gear and have been amazing helping adjust my ski boots so they fit right. whenever i check the other sports shops on high street kensington i end up back at ellis brigham and buying here because the service and kit is the best. please always keep this shop open it’s great

Today I had a ski boot fitting with the wonderful and knowledgeable Monica . She was thorough and engaging and helped me find the perfect fitting boots . I cannot recommend enough . Also joe who assisted my husband in securing a pair of skis that are short in supply . Both employees at High Street Kensington branch are an absolute asset to Ellis and brigham

Fantastic store and service. Whenever I need quality gear for any tour or expedition Ellis Brigham is always one of my number one places to go.

This store was the start of my 3 month bicycle tour across Europe. I needed to upgrade some gear, as well as get some new items. Frank the sales assistant, also being a cyclist, was great at directing me. I particularly love the Mountain Equipment, MSR and Patagonia gear... I'm a fanboy and would love to be an ambassador one day 🤣

A had a couple issues with a couple dry/compression bags during the trip and on my return Petya the store manager and Frank (good to see him again and catch up) where there to sort the items out and again very helpful in directing me towards new gear that I needed for my next expedition.

Whenever I've come to this store I've always had lovely service by the staff.

I attempted to buy a pair of ski trousers at the Kensington store today. One shop assistant was helping me choose a Patagonia pair when a second assistant interrupted him and told him to go and help a different customer. I was about to spend £400-600on a pair of ski trousers, I had a helpful shop assistant but the interruption to stop helping me and serve someone else was rude and humiliating I couldn’t complete my planned purchase. I don’t recommend you come into the Kensington store as they don’t seem to be able to offer appropriate levels of customer service.

Great service, great knowledge, great experience. Guy was so helpful when I was trying to work out what to do with my old, slightly poorly fitting boots. He didn't try to up-sell me like so many other high street sport shops do. I will come back here for life as long as I keep getting this kind of great customer service and technical advice.
