Been paying these guys to manage my property but would not recommend them. never any follow through with dealing with issues. poor level of service. look elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting service, I am absolutely fuming... i have sent several emails to agency to see property and no response, finally someone did get back to me to me and all I had was promises I would receive call back know, I had to call them myself 4times in day to get some answers! They have invited me for viewing and when I turn up 7 min late due to traffic no one was there , waited 15 min and then I called the agency and been told the flat has been taken, none had the decency to call me to let me know!
I had issues with them from day one and I would definitely not recommended people to rent or sell with them! And I will write complaint to the ceo of the chain!

I invited 3 local agents to value my property. All were good and I chose Rakesh Maru. He has been an excellent choice. He was a brilliant negotiator. At times he had to pass on messages and handle situations that others might not have handled so well, but he managed brilliantly. He really is an excellent and charming negotiator. I would highly recommend Rakesh Maru.
