Our builder who's been in the trade for over 30 years said he's never worked off plans and building regs instructions so correct, precise and clear.

Being our first renovation we did not have any idea on how we went about fully refurbishing and extending an old property. Mel ands Steve explained the process and guided us through each step so we felt fully informed and involved from day 1. I really want to say a big thank you for all your help and professional service. No question is too stupid and they get back to you instantly. Having had to pay various people to get us to where we are now, I can honestly say the fees paid to Ellis and Riley were by far the best value and will probably save us money in the long run. Will post some before and after pics when we've finished.
