Nice quiet caravan site, no club house, dog friendly. A great place to get away and relax, nice people who run the site, most caravans view of the sea,laundry facilities on site,, 2 minutes to beach,

This Caravan Park is so relaxing and quite. It's the perfect place to stay. The Caravans are really clean and well prepared with what you need. We'll be here next year, we've been here for more than 3 yrs.

Just had our 3rd holiday at Elm Beach caravan park and I'm sure we will have many more. It's lovely & quiet and being right on the sea front makes for a relaxing break. The 3 caravans we have stayed in have been clean but could have done with a few minor repairs, but nothing major. No on site shop or entertainment, but there are plenty of shops & supermarkets in Caister and Great Yarmouth is just a short drive away.

Been coming for years since childhood with my parents and now with a family of my own. Must start coming twice a year again. Would love to own a caravan one day and probably look seriously at that once our youngest has finished her school years. Our ultimate plan is to retire to Caister but that's 19 years away!
