Elmes Homecare Ltd was proud to be associated with Dementia Cupcake day, a worthy cause. We teamed up with our local Primary School ( Clare House) and have pledged to match total funds raised on cupcake sales with a donation of 50% of funds raised by the PTA to the Alzheimer’s Society.
