It is a shame I write this review as was very supportive of Elmy cycles as is a family business.



nice shop but bad vibe from staff. everytime i walk into this bike shop i get looked at as if i dont belong there. I feel totally unwanted & unwelcome as if i dont have enough money to shop there, i felt constantly looked down on with their opinions being word of god totally ignoring what I wanted in first place. one of the young lads are very helpful and he deserves a better working enviroment. I'm just glad I'm sponsored.

Very helpful & knowledgable staff. They stock a wide range of bits and anything not usually stocked they're quite happy to order in.

Excellent service, went in to get some advice on clipless pedal set up and was very pleased with the friendly, helpful advice. Would definitely recommend over other local bike shops.

Amazing service from Steve and the team today. Bike chain fixed and a new basket fitted without a booking, 10 minutes before closing. Can't recommend Elmy cycle highly enough.

Great service, always happy to help and reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who have been in the business for many years. Bad reviews sound like trolling to me. Thanks Steve and the team, I'll be back for sure.

Poor service.
Took my bike in a few months back. Spent over £200 with work on it and new parts. Gears weren't set up correctly. 3 times i took it back and each time i was told the problem was fixed. It clearly wasn't. Been using them for years for both my bikes, but unfortunately I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Won't order parts unless they fit them for an extortionately expensive price and you need a second mortgage to pay for there costly inner tubes, shop was excellent in the 90's what happened?
