Slimming World at St Thomas More RC Comprehensive School, Thursdays 5. 30pm

Slimming World groups warmly welcome new members and introduce them to the world of weightloss without hunger and deprivation. Through our weekly Image Therapy in group support, ideas and motivation are delivered to help everyone to suceed with their weightloss dream and to feel happier and healthier in their own skin within a safe environment where no humiliation and total confidentiality is key. Members are supported further mid week via the consultant and other members and further suppored via Slimming Worlds Lifeline on Line service where all offers and 24 /7 support is available.
