Sometimes I spend hours trying to find the right words to encourage members back to group. I don't even know if a FB post makes a difference. So instead of reading this as a post read it as a promise from me to you. No matter if it has been 1 week, 2 weeks or more, come back to group this week. There will be absolutely no judgement from me or the group. I know giving it a rest or "a week off" seems like a good idea but most of the time it isn't. The want to lose weight never goes and the weeks tick by anyway. So my promise is to meet you with a big smile, minimal fuss and a clean slate for the week ahead. I will never give up on you. 😄
