Elvina's Osteopathic CIinic was established in 2003. Since then I have had the pleasure of treating a large variety of people from professional singers and sports people, to the general office worker, mums post pregnancy and the over 60's. I use a holistic approach to treatment and I like to include you in your treatment. I like to explain what the problem is and the possible ways it has come about, and how working together we will resolve the problem. I use osteopathic manipulation, soft tissue massage and give you advice on exercises and other things that may help. I try not to pigeon hole people, I have had people come in told that the reason for their pain is because they are overweight and they need to loose weight. I accept your weight may be a factor but first lets get you help with the pain and then you can address your weight. It is important to me that you feel comfortable during a treatment and to that end I treat people how I would like to be treated. I am also trained in craniosacral therapy and this treatment is very gently and can be used to treat jaw issues as well as tension headaches and it is also a great treatment for providing a deep sense of relaxation.
