Elysian Chocolate (previously known as Bon Chocolat) started in 2016 with Chocolate Fountain Hire, covering East Anglia and surrounding areas, but what I really wanted to be doing was creating stunning, tasty chocolates and cakes, and with that the business quickly expanded. why me?What sets me apart from others?Every ingredient is specifically chosen for the best flavour and texture in my products. My Chocolate especially is chosen for its purer form (meaning no bulking agents such as flours, fats or oils) as well as the Supplier's support for Cocoa Growing communities. I love to use colour to create a unique chocolate aesthetic and bring a bit of fun to my products. It's not just what's inside that counts, they have to look amazing too. If you're worried about all those E-numbers, don't. Wherever possible I choose to use natural colourings in all my products. All my cakes are baked and decorated to order using fresh, specifically sourced ingredients. I do not pre-bake and freeze my cakes. I'm a handmade business, working in small batches so every chocolate and cake I make is unique in their own way.
