Walking in to Mancora Peruvian Restaurant, is like walking in to a friend's Peruvian house for dinner. The Owners and you will be friends after one meal there. Friends you will probably visit often, right around dinner or lunch time, once you've sampled the wide array of Peruvian food that we offer.
Start wih the Ceviche de Pescado (whitefish) or Ceviche de Mariscos (seafood). This dish, like all the others, is made by hand, fresh to order, and it takes a moment for the marination process of the fish to complete. The Ceviche here is exactly like it is in Peru; seafood that fills your mouth with the light, refreshing flavors of citrus and the sea.
Mancora's Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken) is some of the best roast chicken ever made, with crispy skin and incredibly juicy and tender meat. You can get it with fries, or substitute perfectly crispy yuca frita (fried cassava) and Salad.
