We went to this place at the weekend and we absolutely loved it, the food was incredible, and the staff were very friendly & helpful, plus the guy singing was amazing & made the whole atmosphere even better. I highly recommend going there!

We enjoyed a really fab night on Saturday at Embankments celebrating my husbands 50th, the live music was great 👍🏻 everyone commented on what a fab night it was, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for a really memorable evening.

Visited the Embankment for the first time with friends last night and was very pleasantly surprised by this amazing small business.

The service we received was friendly and efficient, the food was delicious, the live entertainment was perfect. The staff were so accommodating to our every need despite having to deal with more than one table of extremely demanding customers throughout the night.

A little gem of a place that we will be returning to.

Love love love this place, great atmosphere amazing food and the nicest staff.

The food we had was probably the best ever. It was a really busy night with some very challenging tables but our service was still first class. A brilliant atmosphere with live music that was excellent. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Had a really lovely evening, both staff members couldn’t do enough for us. Food was beautiful along with the cocktails, thank you both. Can’t wait to return.

Great early steak dinner. Team were very obliging and hospitable to our group.



Look forward to return and testing cocktail bar. Recommend the steak and also the pork chop...

First visit booked for a friends birthday. Amazing food, the service was exceptional and very friendly. Chef came out several times to chat to us. The bar attached was lovely with sofas and heaters. The live singer was amazing and so friendly. We danced all night. It didn’t quite feel like maidstone, stunning location. I will be back a lot

Came here tonight for my sisters birthday meal. We had the best night ever! Lovely service and great entertainment. Food was amazing! We’ve all said we will definitely be back. Had a Really great time x

Booked a meal for 30 people for a 80th birthday, the food and service was excellent, we didn't realise that there would be live entertainment which was fantastic. A great night was had by all especially the Birthday boy. We would like to say a massive thank you to Mary and the rest of the staff for the great service.

Booked a lunch here for my friends birthday as it wasn't to busy they called to ask if it was ok if they just the normal menu, which it was we where served fantastic food In lovely location with great staff will definitely be returning :)

Went to this venue yesterday for my brothers wedding. Food was good and the venue from start to finish was very good. Staff were friendly. Would definitely go back for a meal.

We came to Embankments with family as we had been a few times previously & loved it. The sea bass, steak & duck were perfect (although the potatoes that came with the fish weren't available so I had the chips which were amazing!) The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had difficulty confirming our booking and the pork belly (although still lovely) had less sauce than previously. Unfortunately my daughter came especially for the chicken dish that she has always had previously & didn't read the description properly enough to notice that it is no longer the same so although it was really good it wasn't what she expected (her mistake) but gutted you no longer do the chicken/panchetta dish. Great service & atmosphere!

Nice venue only problem was with the service table booked for 20 30 got main course at 22 15 food was good but just had to wait to long

We went to this restaurant but were extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of food.



We waited 25 minutes for drinks to arrive and 55 minutes for starters.



The drinks were delayed due to the fact that the lager machines had broken... however it would of been nice to have been told this or even to have been bought the other 7 drinks that were not lager before the 25 minute wait!!



The starters were ok, although I would recommend that the chef considers putting some Brie inside the deep fried Brie.



When the mains eventually arrived the quality of the fillet steak was good however all the food was just luke warm at best. On complaining to the waiter he become argumentative and I said that I wasn’t willing to argue. He told me the chef said that a med-rare steak would not be that hot anyway...(despite the fact that I had a med-well done steak anyway) and I also think a good chef would disagree with this statement, I also pointed out however that my dauphinoise potatoes were not med-rare and yet were also cold in the centre.



One of the the ribeye steaks was so fatty it was inedible, they agreed to remove the cost of this meal from our bill, but there was no further reduction for the lateness and the fact that the food was cold.



Very very disappointed and we will never return, you live and learn, but truly if you want to go to this restaurant be prepared for overpriced food of sub standard quality.



And......just maybe if they had not been so defensive and argumentative I would not have been so hell bent of a poor review!

Very disappointed with the service - after making an online booking for a surprise birthday meal didn't hear from anyone to take a deposit like they normally do. I have been emailing, facebook messaging and left messages on the phone and not heard anything for over a week. I finally managed to call and someone answered tonight to be told that they have no booking for me and that they only now open from 5pm when the booking was made for 3pm, when you have small children I didn't intend to let them sit there from 5-8pm which is too late. Not away to run a business surely! Wont be using again! Now need to find a new venue. You need to improve your customer service skills

Thank you for cancelling my valentines evening out at very short notice, less than 48hrs prior and with no valid reason. Definitely will not be booking and using the online booking system. I even put on the booking that it a valentines evening out.

Disappointing, came here for a meeting to discuss having a wedding meal here, menu wasn’t to hand as they had given it to someone else & couldn’t give it to us, was told it would be emailed over to us & nothing....what a shame as the place would’ve been ideal!
