Embassy Of Afghanistan

The services is much better compare to four years ago in Afghan Embassy because of new youngster staff in the Embassy with friendly services. Be positive.but it needs refurbishing the whole inside building it looks like you are in Kabul not in London.

Probably one of the useless embassy in the world . I think even somalian embassy doing better than you guys . Shame on you ­¤śó

What a friendly staff, amazing service. i visited today afghan Embassy and everyone with smiley faces wonderful hospitality.

perfect customer service, email communications are way better thn phone, glad to see young educated and friendly staff working in consulate section. I know ppl do complain abt embassy services, to experience its much much better now.

They are very kind and helpful but one thing they need to follow the booked timing.

The passport was 1 week earlier done!!!
The phone line always busy or they don't pick up BUT by email they answer straightaway or the same day very nice service !!!!

I'm actually ashamed of calling myself an Afghan! your bloody phone lines don't work, your staff knows nothing about the process of applying for a new passport or to renew a passport! you guys are a joke its no wonder why we are so left behind as a nation!

I went to renew an expired passport but apparently I needed a taskera and the genius on the phone suggested I go to Afghanistan and get one then come back to get a new VALID passport.

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW THEY PLAN TO SEND PEOPLE BACK HOME TO GET A STUPID TASKERA WITH AN INVALID PASSPORT??!!

ABSOLUTE IDIOTS!

They Never answer their Office Phone.
And their Voicemail is ALWAYS full.
They are only good at Making money and Charging people Hundreds of Pounds for passport renewals...
For stupid Fake looking Passports.
Shame on u guys.

They dont answer the call even the voice mail dont work ok i understand they receive lots of calls but some people just need a small advice. They need to have more people to answer not just 2,3.

Good evening guys please let me know about new computerised passport. How long it takes to issue and one more question my passport not computerised can I travel with it

I have Called them 25 times but never answer and it says the person is not available and voice mail is full what a Shame on thes embassy Ashraf Ghani President of Afghanistan will need to remove thes staff from embassy they don't really work No help us Verey poor
