I could get more answers from a brick wall than the lady that I spoke to on the phone, she was rude and got angry with me because I spoke english. Would give her 0 stars but I don't think thats an option.

To be honest I went to get a new passport I just turned up as I tryed to call but no answer and both members of staff there was brilliant with me it was very busy but helped me on both occasions I attended there so very happy with service I received

Whats wrong with this people i keep calling them everyday to get info as i wanna do new passport and id nobody answers the f***ing phone so pissed from this people, and some of them on here reviews says like """ Excellent phone costumer service "" he might be a faker from the embassy trying to give good review to themselves so the dont get kicked out??????? I've just applied for my passport and the embassy staff have been really helpful to me especially Mr Refik. Also not to forget they got a Great phone service.

I don't know why people give them such bad reviews.
Just came from the embassy and applied for two passports.
Everything went fine. All staff was polite and helpfull.
There are rules and regulations that they have to follow,, like when you apply for passports you have to make the online aplication first, pay the fees to their bank and then they ring you and let you know that everything is ok, if not they advise you what to do.
People just turn up to the ambassy and expect them to do everything for them.

They don't answer you on the phone, mail or even when you visit them !

They don't deserve even 1 star. Woman in window with bleached blonde hair is so lazy, rude and useless. Makes me feel bad that i ve been there. Staff in this ambassy should help albanians not turning them down...
Such a big shame that this albanian abassy based in London is so backwards! To sort out anything is a massive and very complicated thing or maybe staff there makes it bigger deal.
As I said, feel so much sorry for Albanians in UK who cant get help from their own abassy...

There is no experience as they don't even answer the phone or respond to emails....
