Very good service, polite staff. I have sent an emai about visa free entry, next day in order to speed the process up I rung them. Managed to get through very quickly. The spokesman answered all my questions and mentioned that he just read my email and was about to reply to it. So I was very pleased with their service!

Honestly this is My 5th visa with the embassy of belarus in London and I never had a problem. Always applied by post from ireland always got the visa very fast. this time by the time I have sent the documents to the time I have received the passport home it took just 17 days.If there was any little issue I have been contacted and the issue has been sorted on line. whenever my wife called, during the hours specified on the website, she was always able to speak to an operator. They are very polite. I am Italian and I know about bureaucracy. This embassy is efficient.

The WORST embassy in the world!!! There's never ever an answer. You are asked to press "0" to speak to an operator, you press it and it takes you back to the same voicemail! And this happens all day long!!! It says the embassy is only opened from 9.30 till 12.30 but even within that time there's NO answer and constant robatic voice. Makes me feel like the embassy building is just empty all the time or they just enjoy their coffees all day and don't bother! So it's very simple people, if you have an emergency and need help from your embassy - YOU ARE SCREWED!!!

Beware: Traveled all the way to London from Bristol for a Transit visa, the attendant spent a considerable time checking my documents and finally approved their validity. Result: issued me a visa with the wrong dates, had to change my travel arrangements at a considerable cost. Waste of time.

Overall good experience, embassy staff were professional, polite and well mannered all what you would expect. I received a prompt response to all enquiries I had in a polite and professional manner. Visa section of the embassy located at the lower ground floor, the same as many other embassies within Central London, in close proximity to High Street Kensington tube station, you will reach it in about 10 minutes easy walking. Opening hours 9:30-12:30 except Wednesdays. If you need next day visa service you will have to pay extra, better allow one week waiting time. Don't forget to purchase travel insurance for the duration of your stay in Belarus before applying for visa! I would recommend to allow a minimum 1,5 hours waiting time, however, you may be through in 10 minutes, depending on a day and particular time of arriving. Summer period May-Sep usually busier due to holidays & increase in visa applications. Anyone who is leaving negative feedback always remember-embassy staff are government employees and must follow strict procudures, unlike private businesses, etc. Overall 5 star service. Enjoy your stay in Belarus, in my opinion a unique country in many respects!

Worst costumer support ever... Never answer to calls and never answer to emails..... Terrible I still havent got my passport back in 5 days... Now because of that They ruin my trip... Great job guys amazing...

They ask me for extra information for my Visa which I sent them and after 5 days they send me email asking the same information again ?!?!? what ? maybe read your god damn emails...

Overall good experience, stuff are helpful and polite.
On negatives, waiting area is really crammed in busy periods, no visitors toilet, absense of information board outside - you only finding out on travel insurance requirement, for instance, once inside, after couple of hours being in a queue.
