Very efficient, renewed and picked up my passport in 6 DAYS!
As long as you have all the necessary documents along with being on time for your appointment, everything is quick, simple, stress free, and the staff are all very friendly!

The worst, been calling constantly for 4 hours still no answer on the phone. A total embarrassment compared to the french embassy in San Francisco where I lost my passport they got back to me within a few hours and I had it in my hand the next day when it was found. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Rude staff, absolutely no help, I have been trying to contact them for weeks. They don't pick up! 👿

Francoise Hollande to please tell President Biya of Cameroon to stop killing the people of southern Cameroon( Anglophone Cameroonians) and grant them their wishes. Enough is enough

Rubbish, the staff is not friendly at all and the last time i was there after traveling from east anglia, i have been told that even with my consular car which i used to gain access to the consulate, my certificate of nationality , family book and birth certificate and copy of my passport, i was unable to do a french ID card and renew my daughter passport, later on the lady started complaining to her colleague right behind my back that she does not have time for that kind of arguments today. she should have kept her mouth shut because that is her job and for me if she is not happy to do it she can stay home. No politeness, no smile no nothing total rubbish! I am French and I know that French people are know for not wanting to be disturbed for anything coz they cant be bothered and I hate it!
I gave one start because i had to otherwise its not worth it
