Super Fast Service. Sent Application by post on Thursday and was ready to pick up Tuesday before noon. Excellent Service. Well Done.

I came this morning to the embassy to collect several documents. The process was done in less than fifteen minutes; really appreciate it. I think it was because I made online inquiry. This is also an excellent improvement of its services.
The waiting room of the consular services is cozy and radiates warm feeling; much way better than when it was in the old place. The only concern is the small number of staff available during the working hours - it makes the room looks empty.

As always the reception from the staff was really welcoming. The efficiency of the application was excellent,this was the first time that my wife and I had visited your 'new' offices and also the first time I have applied on line. All were very very good. Thank you and your staff

Administering the moving-out document within only 5 minutes. Awesome. Unfortunately, It will take up to couple weeks if you do it by post. You have to come by your own after all.

The process to apply for, submit and collect my visa was clear and easy. Staff at the visa section at the Embassy were polite, friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making this part of my planned visit to Indonesia so easy and welcoming

Excellent service! I filed my online application then posted my passport and documentation on Monday afternooon. Passport returned with visa in Thursday morning's post. Congratulations on the great service.

Amazing serivce! I handed in my documents on Monday and I received my passport with the visa on Wednesday.staffs are friendly and very patient.

They never answer the phone, they don't understand English, are rude, incompetent and utterly useless. After queuing and waiting outside (as they seem to shut for 2 hours for lunch) my VISA was given to me and they had managed to spell my name wrong. Wonderful.

The old embassy service was excellent.. but the new embassy staff forgot what an embassy supposed to be, they thought that the embassy is their private place and reject Indonesian citizens who were seeking help in London. We just want to have a 5 minute prayer (we never had a problem to do this in the old embassy) and the staff reject us with an unclear reason and refer us to a wrong place (which we found out after walking for 1km). If Indonesian citizen can not find help at their own country's embassy, where should they go?

Very accommodating and understanding staff. Especially the lady downstairs. Very quick visa processing as well.

Business Visa process super fast, took me some 5 minutes to file request and 1 minute to pick it up

Rude. All I asked was if Indonesia had improved their human rights record. Clearly not!
