They were very helpful, managed to save our trip by providing friendly, professional and prompt service. Very pleased with everything.

I've been trying to book my e-registration for 5 days, because Embassy website e-registration link wasn't working for some unknown reason. Also , I wonder why those 11 digits phone number is still classified as Embassy contact number????? I think it would be easier to contact Aliens in MARS than getting someone to talk with in this EMBASSY. disgraceful. If you can't handle a proper service, you should be offering some job positions. Use jobcenter website:D :D Shall I be very harsh now? Fix your f......website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!! I need to book my passport renewal :(

It's a joke not the Embassy!!!! Impossible to reach them over the phone, to get an appointment for a visit almost 2 months queue. Seriously?! I bet a third world country embassies are more civilized.

If could give( - )it would be a max. Just wrong how they treat there own people and incompetence of stuff. Say one on a phone and when you come in talking difernt and making you apologise that its your fault when you explained all details.

I've visited the Lithuanian Embassy on Friday 12:30 afternoon, and there were barely any people waiting. In total I've spent less than 10 minutes inside the embassy, including the two minutes it took to de-register myself from my old address in Lithuania. The lady who served me was polite and professional.

It's like good ole days back home:you wating in the queue with small child on your arms(as no spare seats available) for 2h,tired after long traveling from another end of England,when some family turns up to embassy and starts greeting the personal behind the window( looks like they know each other well).Guess if they had to wait 2h in the queue lol Straight to the window (all family) to get their passports sorted. Special VIP priority.... good ole Lithuania rules....

Had a few documents required to be notarised and must say the service was of a very high quality and efficiency. Highly trained professionals with the extensive knowledge in their field. Ačiū!

The customer service is really great for notary services. The rest of the staff who provide other services work great too, although once I had been served by not a very polite person, but it must have been an exception.

It is like we are farm animals in a barn. No proper seating! Had to wait for 1,5h for a passport collection which actually took only one good minute to proceed. While it should feel like coming home, going to Lithuanian embassy is something I wish I could avoid for ever!! There is plenty of room in the main building of the embassy, but well, I guess, Lithuanians are not worth it...
